童軍團由童軍團長領導，並由十多名童軍副團長及教練員協助，負責帶領各成員進行活動及訓練。童軍團設有團隊長一職，該職位是童軍支部中最高級別的成員，賦予成員決策權力。童軍支部實行小隊制度，每名童軍成員會被分配到其中一個小隊，小隊由一名隊長及一名副隊長帶領。隊長通常由中三年級的成員擔任，而副隊長則一般由中二年級的成員擔任。我們希望通過小隊制度，讓成員在小隊中成長，體驗群體活動，鍛鍊領導才能，增強自信和毅力，並傳承小隊精神。

The Scout Troop is led by the Scout Leader, assisted by over ten Assistant Scout Leaders and Instructors, who are responsible for guiding members in various activities and training. Senior Patrol Leaders are appointed in our Troop, the highest-ranking member within the Scout Section, endowed with decision-making authority. Our Troop operates under the patrol system, where each member is assigned to a patrol, which is led by a Patrol Leader and an Assistant Patrol Leader. Patrol Leaders are typically members in Secondary 3, while Assistant Patrol Leaders are generally members in Secondary 2. Through the patrol system, we aim to help members grow within their patrols, experience group activities, develop leadership skills, boost confidence and perseverance, and carry forward the patrol spirit.
